The LDN condensate pump is a new energy-saving product developed by summing up the design experience of the LDTN pump and drawing on foreign advanced technology.
The product has low noise, low vibration, stable and reliable operation, high efficiency and energy saving, advanced structure, performance, efficiency and other indicators, long service life, and convenient installation and maintenance.
Can be widely used in 50～1000MW thermal (nuclear) electric steam turbine generator sets to pump condensate water, and can also be used in high suction performance, high efficiency, high lift and other water supply and drainage projects.
The guide vane of the LND type condensate pump is a radial guide vane, which is characterized by short axial size and compact structure. It is a vertical multi-stage simple structure with the axial guide shell of the DNT type condensate pump, with suction and discharge interfaces. They are located on the pump and the spit seat respectively, and they can be changed in multiple angles such as 180℃ and 90℃.
In order to improve the suction performance, the first set of impellers are equipped with double suction and the first stage single suction impeller without inducer before the various forms. The axial force of the pump can be borne by the motor, and it can also be borne by the pump without a leveling mechanism.
