癸二酸（英文名称Decanedioicacid）又名正癸二酸（n-decanedioicacid）1，10-癸二酸（1,10-decanedioic acid），1,8-辛二甲酸（1,8-octanedicarboxyli cacid），皮脂酸（Sebacicacid）。癸二酸属于脂肪族二元酸，存在于烤烟烟叶、白肋烟烟叶、香料烟烟叶中。室温下癸二酸为白色片状结晶，工业品略带黄色。微溶于水，难溶于苯、石油醚、四氯化碳，易溶于乙醇和乙醚。癸二酸可燃，低毒。口服有害，对眼睛、呼吸系统及皮肤有刺激性作用。以天然的蓖麻油或已二酸单酯为原料制取，主要用来制取癸二酸的酯类，其酯类的用途广泛。癸二酸的分子式为C10H18O4，化学结构式为HOOC(CH2)8COOH。
