Overview:
WS series sewage pump is the latest product of Shenyang No.1 Water Pump, which is developed to adapt to the development of urban environmental protection industry. It adopts a runner-type impeller, which has outstanding features such as good non-clogging performance and high efficiency and energy saving. It can be used in municipal engineering, mining, chemical industry, environmental protection, papermaking and other departments to transport sewage, pulp, mud, manure, ash, chemical fiber and other media.
WS series sewage pump has a delivery flow of 33～3000m3/h, Yangcheng 6.7～40m, large flow channel impeller, no clogging, good anti-winding performance, and can smoothly pass liquid with solid particles up to 180mm in diameter and 1500mm in fiber length.

WS series sewage pumps are single-stage single-suction volute pumps. The pump is equipped with non-clogging and anti-winding single and double-channel impellers. Both the pump body and the pump cover are provided with hand holes for discharging sundries. The WS type sewage pump is installed horizontally, the WSZ type sewage pump is installed vertically and the pump is directly connected to the motor, and the WSL is installed vertically, and the pump and the motor are connected by an extension shaft.
The bearing is a single-row tapered roller bearing. A screw cap oil cup is installed on the bearing to replenish the lubricating oil in the bearing.
Both the impeller and the pump cover of the pump are equipped with wear-resistant sealing rings, which are sealed by a plane gap. The gap size is adjusted by the gasket between the packing bracket and the bearing body. It is simple and convenient. After wear, the thickness of the gasket can be adjusted. Clearance to ensure that the pump works in a high-efficiency area.
Looking at the pump from the motor end, the pump rotates in a clockwise direction.
Shaft seals generally use packing seals. The packing gland is of a split-and-half structure. It is very convenient to install and disassemble the packing. There is no need to disassemble the pump. In order to ensure that the shaft is not worn, a shaft sleeve is installed at the packing. During operation, another high-pressure clean water is required to enter the seal ring for cooling and flushing.
