Overview:
GD and MD pumps are used to transport clean water without solid particles. The DF and MDII pumps are used to pump acid mine water with a PH value of 2 to 4. The temperature of the conveying medium shall not exceed 80°C.
Flow rate: Q=100～515m3/h (GD.MD type)
Q=27～346m3/h (DF.MD type)
Head: H=66～700m (GD.MD type)
H=66～459m (DF.MD type)
Structure:
This type of pump is a horizontal single-suction, multi-stage segmental centrifugal pump. The water inlet is horizontal, and the outlet is vertically upward. The suction section, the middle section and the discharge section are connected into a whole with a piercing bar.
The pump rotor consists of an impeller mounted on the shaft, a balance plate and other parts. The whole rotor is supported by two roller bearings mounted on both ends of the pump. The bearings are lubricated with grease. The axial thrust of the rotor is balanced by the balance plate.
Shaft seal:
There is a stuffing box at both ends of the shaft, which is sealed with soft stuffing. Water with a certain pressure is passed into the stuffing box to act as a water seal. A replaceable shaft sleeve is installed at the shaft seal to protect the pump shaft.
Transmission:
The pump is directly driven by an electric motor through a flexible coupling. Seen from the drive end, the pump rotates clockwise.
