丁腈胶乳NBR-501
丁睛胶乳是由丁二烯、丙烯腈以及功能性单体等经乳液聚合而成的一种共聚物乳液，具有良好的储存稳定性和工艺操作性。丁腈胶乳聚合物具有良好的耐油性、耐化学药品性；可与硫磺、金属氯化物交联；与纤维、无纺布等极性材料具有有良好的结合力。其制品对皮肤无过敏反应，耐尖锐物刺划，定伸拉力优于天然胶乳的制品。该产品达到国外同类产品的指标。
公司现已开发和生产六种丁睛胶乳产品，主要用于浸溃手套、无衬里手套、无纺布涂层、耐油密封材料和树脂的改性等领域。
特性及用途
丁腈胶乳NBR-501用于树脂的改性，能增加树脂的韧性与耐磨性。
包装储运
本产品采用镀锌铁桶或塑料桶包装，净重2001kg/桶，也有根据特殊客户需求的各类包装。
储存于干燥通风阴凉仓库，防晒防冻，贮存温度为5-35℃.
保质期6个月。过期后，经检验合格可继续使用。
储运温度：运输中温度低于5℃时，应采取保温措施，途中不能长时间停车。
